Rhope products are designed and tested specifically for slacklining. This activity is inherently dangerous and presents the risk of serious injury and/or death. Any person using a Rhope product is personally responsible for obtaining qualified instruction on the proper use, techniques and limitations involved in such use. Any person using Rhope products are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of these products. Any person using this information or using Rhope products in any manner, assumes all risk and accepts full responsibility and agrees to release Rhope Incorporated for any and all damages or injury of any kind, including death, which may result from the use of any Rhope product. Improper use, abuse and/or lack of proper care and maintenance will increase the risk of serious injury or death. Any litigation involving this product must be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and any person using Rhope products hereby irrevocably attorns to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Province of Alberta, Canada. AT NO TIME SHALL THE TAG/LABEL BE REMOVED FROM THE RHOPE PRODUCT.
